• Assist Finance Accountant in preparing contracts and invoices
• Responsible for bookkeeping of payment tracking
• Assist in dealing with bank and tax bureau affairs
• Assist in accounting documents and routine expense reimbursements
• Assist in issuing VAT invoices and maintaining clients VAT information update
• Support with improving financial management system for the company
• Responsible for updating new contracts signed and tracking of payments
• Assist on financial report and analysis every month
• Other work assigned by Finance Accontant

Requirement

• A degree related to Finance or Accounting
• Chinese native with intermediate English level
• Proficient user of Excel, PPT and Google Drive
• Related experience in Finance function
• Someone who shares ITC values
• Someone who is passionate about data and analysis
• Someone who has great communication skills in English and Chinese
• Someone who is always enthusiastic and eager to learn
• An extremely detail-oriented person
• A hard worker - there are no secrets to success
