Responsibility:
Responsible for ensuring the correct and timely processing of documents in line and procedures. You will also control all activities in accounts payable section, including banking, taxation.
Main activities:
1. Make VAT invoice and export invoice
2. Prepare the payment and related supporting documents to bank
3. Reconcile the bank account with bank statement
4. Verify the payment claim in accordance with the internal control policies
5. Assist to prepare L/C and Hedging document to bank
6. Assist to Handle SAFE , tax and related filings and compliance
7. Assist to entry expense account in E6
8. Voucher document filing
9. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
Requirement:
1. University or college degree in accounting.
2. Attention to details, quick learner, Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines from time to time.
3. Experience for ERP system is plus
4. Good communication and presentation skills
