Position: Finance Associate and Finance Manager
Location: Beijing / Haikou, China

Requirements

1. Related internship/work experience in the related field, experience working in a Fortune 500 company preferred.
2. Preference will be given to candidates with the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA (British Chartered Certified Public Accountants), or other relevant qualifications (required for manager position)
3. Language Level: CET 6/IELTS 6.5/TOEFL 80/TOEIC 650 or higher, or native speaker, working proficiency in Mandarin
4. Education Experience: Earned a bachelor's degree or a full-time bachelor degree student (associate position only) or above in finance or accounting, or any related field from a World Top 100 university

Responsibilities

1. Interpret company's financial results to management and recommend improvement strategies;
2. Assist in maintaining a documented system of accounting policies and procedures;
3. Engage in ongoing analysis in areas such as Financial structure optimization, equity structure, financial statements planning and annual financial audit;
4. Assist in financial situation analysis, monitoring of major economical trends and financial issues;
5. Organization of company internal financial audit, provide training and supervision to team members when required;
6. Ongoing research and organization of accounting information program.
