Responsible for developing strategic plans at group, entity, or function level to ensure continued success of growth and profitability

• Conduct environmental scans, organisational positioning analyses and other studies
• Coordinate input from major business units to facilitate the integration of individual business unit plans with the corporate plan
• Participate in strategic projects relating to channel and marketing initiatives and propose product and actuarial solutions to strategic and channel initiatives
• Assist in communicating with members of Product, Distribution, Finance and other internal stakeholders regarding financial results relating to strategic and channel initiatives
• Analyze distribution channel compensation or campaign assessment results and assist in communications with various channel heads proposals or counter proposals and results assessments
• Liaise with actuarial functions regarding reinsurance arrangements and align reinsurance solution to financial and strategic objectives of the company
• May conduct or facilitate periodic reviews of achievements and performance against strategic plans
• May design, develop and implement organisation models to optimise the achievement of business objectives

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate Bachelor's Degree
• Project Management (plus)
• Finance Background (requirement)
• Have at least 5 years work experience
