Job Description

Siemens Healthineers are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their Healthcare Diagnostics business based at our site in Sudbury, Suffolk. Recently celebrating 80 years of manufacturing excellence, our Sudbury site designs and assembles blood, urine and diabetes analysis instruments. In this role you will be an integral part of the finance team, providing financial and management support for the site to ensure attainment of cost objectives within the guidelines of corporate policies, procedures and generally accepted accounting principles. Within this role there is flexibility to split your time between home and office working. Responsibilities Finance Business Partnering. Working alongside Business Partner, supporting and advising their strategic and operational decision-making through providing business performance information. Participate as an integral part of the Finance team, providing financial analyses, evaluations and interpretations on all aspects of site operations. Initiates meetings with functions to resolve cost problems and recommend concepts, methods and procedures to facilitate operational controls. Assist in Site Budgeting, Forecasting and the Financial Planning processes, ensuring compliance to timetables and procedures. To prepare timely and accurate period financial reports that meets UK, US & SHS AG requirements showing actual Sudbury performance against budget, forecast and prior year. To be part of the Finance Team and to work with other departments on Productivity Initiatives and Projects as required. To be the Finance lead on strategic projects as required. Liaise and interface with external and internal auditors and providing all necessary information and process support. Skills and Experience Experience in a manufacturing controlling role High level of Excel expertise, PC Literate - knowledge of MS Office. Programming experience is a plus ERP systems knowledge, preferably SAP AAT qualified or studying towards Being part of our team: Based on multiple sites in Chilton Industrial Estate, Sudbury, we design and assemble blood, urine and diabetes analysis instruments.
