In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support the Financial Business Partner of Personal Healthcare(PH) to support business and operation, manage the financial planning processes for the market, responsible for analysis of business performance and supports the delivery of the business and financial plans.
You are responsible for
Sign off the financials of the commercial organization (ORU).
Responsible for the strategic and operational planning process.
Drive decisions on sales channels, ROI, investments in Market Share, (turn key) project assessments and supportive in financing solutions.
Responsible for BMC / performance cockpit and drives the delivery of the business and financial plans.
Drive analysis of business performance: sales, pricing, margin, credit management and costs (incl. marcom spend).
Identifying, addressing and tracking of business issues.
Business integrity: adherence to FCPA and GBP in coop. with Legal & HR.
Contribute to regional and country Finance team to enhance performance
You are a part of
Philips GC Finance team, report to Finance BP&Ops Leader, GC PH(Personal Healthcare), based at Shanghai.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor above degree in Finance and or Accounting orientated study
At least 6 years finance related working experience.
Strong Convincing communication skills
Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data.
Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship
Drive the follow-through of issues and good attention to detail
Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
Can work independently with limited supervision, self-motivated, flexible, can work under pressure
Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP (SAP preferred) and PowerPoint, familiar with business procedures in China, basic tax knowledge
Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, oral and written;
