Key Responsibilities
Partner with country leadership to shape annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans aligned with group strategy.
Deliver actionable financial insights through KPI tracking, variance analysis, and scenario modeling to support retail, e-commerce, and wholesale operations.
Champion cost discipline: monitor P&L, control OpEx, and propose efficiency initiatives without compromising growth.
Ensure compliance with ANTA Group’s global finance policies while adapting frameworks to local regulatory requirements (South Africa).
Review commercial contracts, capex proposals, and vendor agreements to mitigate financial and operational risk.
Lead monthly close coordination, inventory reconciliations, and internal controls across stores and warehouses.
Serve as the key finance liaison between South Africa operations and China HQ—requiring seamless bilingual communication.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
5+ years in finance business partnering, preferably within retail, consumer goods, or multinational corporations.
Fluency in English (written & spoken) – essential for local stakeholder engagement.
Native-level Mandarin proficiency – required for daily collaboration with China headquarters (written reports, virtual meetings, system documentation).
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint; experience with SAP or Power BI is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to influence non-finance stakeholders and translate data into business decisions.
Experience operating in emerging markets or cross-cultural matrix organizations highly valued.
Passion for sports and performance-driven culture.

Preferred Attributes
Prior exposure to Asian-headquartered multinationals.
Understanding of IFRS and South African tax/compliance landscape.
Track record in scaling finance functions in new markets.
