Areas that play to your strengths

Accounting: 50%
Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations / book keeping and monthly financial close, comply with IFRS and PRC GAAP.
Ensure that the accounting is correct, transparent (within the organisation and toward HQ) and complete (including catrrying out depreciation runs, posts all accrual and deferral entries as well as revaluations, write offs and provisions).
The financial statement must present a true and fair view of the financial position and performance.
Assures timely submission of accurate financial information to all stakeholders (e.g.: tax authorities, other local authorities).
Maintains the fixed asset register and supervises the asset accounting in the fixed asset ledger.
Reconciles all clearing and inter company accounts.Maintain the general ledger
Treasury: 20%
Manage the cash flow and cash analysis.
Manage the accounts payable ledger as well as the periodic payment runs while ensuring segregation of duties.
Supervise the bank statement postings as well as the reconciliation of the bank accounts and petty cash.
Control the accounts receivable ledger and the dunning process.
SAP: 10%
Support SAP Roll-out with HQ IT team and local colleagues.
Being SAP Key user.
Support Transition from Accounting firm to In-House
Audit: 10%
Assist the Finance Manager in proactively managing the year end audit process with external auditors.
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
Minimum 5 years FMCG/or similar organization experiences in accounting and tax.
Vast knowledge of all local tax regulations and local GAAP and IFRS.
Self-motivated, self-directed and be able to work under pressure in a fast paced team environment.
Willing to take on non-accounting tasks.
Result oriented with process improvement focus.
SAP fluency, in depth Hyperion/Excel knowledge is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
English language skills in both spoken and written.
Relevant industry and similar business size is an advantage.
Bachelor degree on accounting, finance or equivalent
Fluency in English written and verbal and local language.
