Job responsibilities:

• Ensure the requirements of compliance – both from Constellium Group and local regulatory, are understood by the whole organization
• Assist each functions to establish adequate process to ensure compliances
• Manage internal control and compliance reviews across all functions
• Conduct risk analysis to locate potential areas of issues
• Identify and communicate with management on control deficiencies and provide effective solutions
• Provide guidance and address any queries regarding compliance and internal control

Job requirements:

• Bachelor, 3-7 years’ experience in Internal Audit or Accounting Firm experience

• Strong auditing, analytical and risk assessment skills
• Good understanding of internal control systems
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Fluency in spoken and written English
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, objective, straightforward;
• Strong in handling pressure and able to deal with challenging situations/persons/environment

MS Office. Knowledge of ERP and Hyperion will be a plus.
