• Facilitate & review the preparation of financial statements as per china GAAP;
• Submit monthly / quarterly financial reports, intercompany balance, expenses charge back to group company, notes to accounts etc. to corporate finance team;
• Prepare & complete the Annual statutory audits on time including the internal audits;
• Ensuring that statutory returns to AIC, business license renewals etc., are duly filled and filed on time;
• Ensuring that the service provider files regular VAT, individual income tax, corporate income tax returns;
• Ensuring that payroll taxation and social security contributions are made in line with regulations;
• Invoicing for the services rendered with adequate margins and documentation;
• Review and submit vendor payments, employee reimbursements, to the service provider and check expenses claimed are in compliance with policy;
• Prepare the annual budgets, track actual expenses against budget and provide variance analysis;
• Manage cash planning & relationship with banks;
• Coordination between service provider & India based head office;
• Ad hoc analysis for business reviews;

Requirements:

1. University Degree in Finance, Accountancy or other related fields, China CPA / ACCA part-qualified

2. 4-5 years of experience in financial reporting / financial analysis or work in audit / consulting companies (Pharmaceutical background is an added advantage);

3. Understanding of business processes of a trading company;

4. Hands on usage of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)

5. Excellent email writing and speaking in English is must
