Job Responsibilities:
Is responsible for the of development finance human development strategies, company financial policies, and the overall direction of all financial matters, including general accounting, treasury, planning, legal entities management, internal control, capital spending, purchase to pay and taxes. In addition, accountable for the integrity of the financial statements, compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, and company policies and procedures while following the US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and China PRC GAAP.

Job description:
- Accomplishes finance human resource strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation strategies.
- Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; productivity, and customer-service strategies; designing processes; resolving problems; implementing change.
- Active supports business development projects; analyzing organization business model; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement.
- Monitor and maximizes return on investment by managing capital, cash flow requirements, tax, staff and opex results for Controllership department, while maintaining relationships with key stakeholders community (banks, global tax, CFP, etc) and taking corrective actions.
- Act as liaison between the Affiliate, Suzhou Manufacturing, Region and Global Shared Services Centers for successful month-end closing and financial processes execution. Update and get alignment with the Regional Controller and CFR on accounting issues, when needed.
- Updates job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Assure financial controls and compliance measures are in place, and ensure that daily activities are performed in accordance with all company financial policies and procedures, as well as internal and external auditing entities to ensure safeguard of company assets.
- Provide strategic support to the internal controls/audit team including assessing enterprise risk management, determining annual audit scope, and perform forensic checks on expense reports.
- Participate on business plan, forecasts, budgeting activities, in alignment with Finance Organization, Affiliate and Global objectives.
- Attend SOP meetings to assess accounting implications and opportunities from supply chain perspective.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor in Accounting, Master in Business Administration/Masters in finance or equivalent
- Experience Min 8-10 years of experience with 3 to 5 in similar field with confirmed people management skills.
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- CPA: Preferred
