Responsibilities:
1) Build up and keep optimising the controlling process of SIPU, not only to meet requirements from Group but also internal operation
2) Work closely with local finance team and operation teams on budget, forecast and business plan of SIPU;
3) STI controlling;
4) KPI analysis & control;
5) Business process controlling & optimizing;
6) New project implementation;
7) Assist in risk management;
8) Payments control;
9) Personnel costs control;
10) Internal resources distribution, adjustment and optimization;
11) Improve business performance with strong financial support;
12) Coordinate with cross-function departments, HR/FIN/IT etc in terms of financial controlling;

Responsibilities:
Bachelor degree or above, finance background is preferred
At least ４-year experience in controlling, or FP&A, machinery industry is preferred;
Great communication skill
Excellent English in speaking and written.
