As the Financial Controller, you are responsible for managing and influencing financial performance of the business, acting as the custodian for the assets of the company and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies. Develop and coordinate business profit plan, monthly forecasts, goals & objectives, financial reconciliations, reports and analysis for business management, including variance analysis and cost control reporting and recommendations. Develop financial strategies to support the achievement of business growth Manage interface with internal and external auditors, and local tax authorities Build up the competence and capability of local finance team through coaching, training, mentoring and reorienting them toward the needs of the business Support management team with reporting requests, profitability analysis, strategic analysis, global projects and others duties as assigned.

More than 10 years experience in Accounting and Finance, including experience working at senior financial management roles in the manufacturing industries. Strong financial analysis, planning, forecasting and reporting experience Experience of working within an international business would be advantageous. Management experience including supervising professional staff. Strong leadership and communication skills Analytical and meticulous individual, strong communication and collaborative personality.
