職務說明

• Supervise the Division Finance team in providing a robust, high quality and timely financial planning, analysis, reporting, financial forecasting and cost control support for the Group, and provide quality analysis and follow up on any variances from budget and forecast to ensure meeting business objectives;

• Review and upgrade the organization, talent, system and process of the finance and accounting function;

• Manage a robust budgeting and monthly budgetary review process to ensure high quality financial planning and execution across the Group;

• Manage Group level capital spending budget, monitor and track actual spending;

• Maintain a good relation with local tax authority, external auditor, custom office and bank;

• Supervise the Shared Service Center in Taichung to ensure efficient and high quality accounting operations, and continuously push for higher efficiency, lower cost and better customer services;

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance;

• CPF or ACCA qualifications an advantage;

• Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting with hands-on cost and operation finance experience;

• Minimum 5 years in a managerial position and 5 years in a large-scale manufacturing environment;

• Good understanding of materials, manufacturing and trade flow of multinational manufacturing and export business and related tax implications;

• Experience in upgrading organization, talent, system and process of the finance and accounting function will be a strong advantage;

• Familiar with China business environment, practice and regulations, S E Asia experience will be an advantage;

• Willingness to travel frequently in China and in the region;
