职位描述：

财务流程管理

分析和管控公司所有财务活动，及时向高层管理人员提供财务报告和财务信息，同时提供应对措施，对公司的投资行为给出指导性意见，并提供完善的方案及策略负责监督财务部门的运营，制定部门工作目标框架

• 控制成本和收入预算
• 积极跟踪偏差错漏，努力采取纠正措施
• 根据集团规定，管理营运资金和现金流
• 管理资本性支出
• 财务部门的培训

风险管理

• 确保公司财务流程符合集团标准和当地法律法规
• 根据集团要求管理公司的保险组合
• 管理公司的应收账款（新客户登记、定期信用度审查、逾期、信用保险、坏账等）

财务管理及报告

• 为集团和中国区管理层提供及时准确的月度财务报告和分析
• 管理中期和年终审计，并作为内外部审计的联络负责人
• 负责公司预算的编制
• 管理应付账款
• 管理总帐
• 现金管理

税务

• 根据当地要求进行增值税和企业所得税申报
• 本地GAAP和荷兰GAAP（集团报告标准）之间的税务状况调整
• 管理税务审计

支持各职能部门

• 协助销售部门深入分析销售业绩与预算，并对业务前景进行预测
• 负责在财务系统中处理与成本定价相关的财务数据和计算，例如成本价格计算（工时、设备支出等）
• 与采购及仓储物流部门一起核算出所需的各项成本，做好成本预测

任职要求：

• 金融、会计、经济学等本科或硕士以上学位
• 丰富的国际化公司财务管理经验，有战略眼光，有能力应对复杂的财务状况

• 精通财务系统的运作
• 英语商务沟通流利（口语和书面）

The first priority of the Finance Director China is to contribute to the China strategy, with a main focus on (financial) transparency and value creation. Assume broad financial, strategic and operational leadership responsibilities across China business. The role will serve as a key business partner driving financial performance, operational and strategic planning, and operations effectiveness. The Director of Finance is hired and evaluated by the CFO and CEO, and be given the authority to delegate duties and responsibilities to employees within the finance department as he/she deems necessary.

Working areas and expected results per area:

Finance process

The Finance Director has to analyze and control all financial activities, in order to provide financial reports and interpreting financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action. He/she advises on investment activities and provides strategies that the company should take.

Controlling

o Control the cost and revenue budget.

o Actively follow up on deviations and strive for corrective measures.

o Challenge the business on variances and deviations versus budget and forecast.

o Actively manage working capital and cash flow in line with group regulations.

o Manage the budget and forecasting process.

o Manage CAPEX.

Risk management

o Ensure the company processes are in line with the Group Accounting Manual and local requirements.

o Manage the companies’ insurance portfolio in line group requirements.

o Actively manage the companies’ accounts receivable position (new customer enrolment, regular review credit limits overdue positions, credit insurance, bad debt provision, customer exposure etc).

Reporting

o Provide both Group and Local Management with timely and accurate monthly reporting.

o Provide Group and Local Management with high quality monthly commentary and analysis.

o Manage interim and year end audits and serve a first point of contact (liaison) for external and internal audits.

o Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.

Accounting

o Manage accounts payable function.

o Manage general ledger accounting.

o Cash management.

Tax

o Timely and accurate VAT and CIT filings in line with local requirements.

o Reconciliation between tax position local GAAP and Dutch GAAP (Group Reporting standard).

o Manage tax audits.

Job requirements:

o Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

o Proven experience as a Finance Manager (type of company, complexity)

o Excellent knowledge of finance and control

o (Key) User experience and knowledge of ERP and finance systems

o Good knowledge of organizational and company procedures

o Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.

o Fluent in English (verbal and written).

o Excellent communicative skills.

o Good general management skills (leadership, planning & organization) (if applicable).

o Approachable, motivational and coaching, people manager.
