As a Finance Director, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting and compliance activities for the Manufacturing Operations in Llanberis UK and Los Angeles, the UK Legal Entity, and supporting the IMMULITE franchise. Through best in class, data-driven analytics and leadership, this role will partner and lead cross-functional teams for strategic and tactical decision making. In this Finance Director role, you can expect to: Manage Manufacturing Site operations, and liaising with Siemens Healthineers network key stakeholders of the IMMULITE product line Manage and develop a local finance team of 10 talented individuals Orchestrate financial planning activities for the manufacturing site, such as monthly forecast and annual budgeting process, in alignment with the SCM Manufacturing timeline and guidance Develop internal controls to monitor and ensure accurate standard cost development in line with operational performance and changes. Own long-term financial plan for the Laboratory Diagnostics Llanberis & LA manufacturing sites; lead and integrate best practices with Laboratory Diagnostics finance colleagues within and external to the SCM function. Ensure SCM IMMULITE / Llanberis business plans are aligned to overall IMMULITE and SCM plans To apply for this Finance Director role, you will need an MBA or equivalent and several years of senior finance roles progressive experience. You will also require the following: Several years of experience supporting manufacturing operations with a solid understanding of manufacturing variances, standard cost development, and budgeting Experience with international, matrixed organisations in supply chain/project role Experience in FP&A or business controlling.
