Job Responsibilities

- Report to the CEO

- Handle company accounting, budget management and financial analysis

- Responsible for corporate tax planning

- Organize company fund meetings and handle fund management

- Monitor company internal control

- Set up the financial team and build up financial system

- Participate in company strategy formulation, investment project decisions, financing and etc.

- Handle ad hoc assignment from the management

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above in Finance and Accounting, or equivalent disciplines

- HKICPA or equivalent professional qualification, with Big-4 training highly preferred

- Over 10 years of related working experience, in which at least 5 years as the FC level stationed abroad highly preferred. Exposure to energy sector and/or stationed experience in Eastern Europe will be a big plus

- Familiar with International financial and tax law/ standards/ regulations

- Familiar with capital raising, corporate finance, M&A transactions

- Experience in handling IPO listing preferred

- Strong organization and communication skills

- Fluent command in spoken and written English is a MUST

- Computer proficiency in WORD, EXCEL and other office software
