職務說明

• Monitored the operations of investee companies and venture capital funds.
• Handle process from acquiring the investment to sale.
• Oversee all corporate investments and assist ad hoc investment projects.
• Assist with advising shareholding structure, handle relative transactions, and participate in board meetings.
• Investment evaluation and post-investment management.
• Compile quarterly investment reports.

理想的應徵者

• Bachelor's Degree with minimal of 8-10 Years work experience
• Investment Banking w/ E-commerce, or Internet Advertisement industry is a Plus
• JV, M+A, PE fund
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
• Team player and engaging personality
• Flexible and open minded
• Familiar with US market will be beneficial
