Job Description:
1.participate in the company 's investment strategy designed to complete the fund-raising goals ;
2. responsible for the introduction of overseas funds , design collaboration model for the proposed investment in enterprise development investment and financing support ;
3.responsible for tourism , entertainment, culture, education , science and technology projects in five major areas of fundraising , development and implementation of appropriate product fundraising programs;
4.responsible approached trusts, banks and other financial institutions and investors to understand the needs of the investor , and establish a good working relationship .
5. responsible for organizing fund projects , the establishment , management, implementation and external cooperation .
6 , according to the fund-raising , the proposed fund-raising reports.
7.is responsible for fund distribution program development , implementation, planning roadshow , coordination and preparation of the prospectus .

Qualifications:
1.master's degree or more, with more than 5 years funds, trusts , and information management , third-party financial and other related industry experience .
2.master organizational form of private equity investment fund , governance structure, raising the tax treatment and accounting procedures and risk prevention .
3.participated in the fund launched , or the establishment and management of securities companies, fund subsidiary practitioners relevant work experience is preferred .
4.with the field of private equity funds rich network , and has extensive fund raising channels preferred.
