Responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting and reporting for management & corporate including Tax/Treasury support.

• 기타 ad-hoc프로젝트 수행 및 각종 보고업무

General Accounting (Main)

• Perform or coordinate/lead monthly/quarterly/yearly financial closing including various manual JVs preparation/review
• Prepare or review monthly balance sheet account and aging reports, including fluctuation analysis
• Present periodic financial report preparation per request from HQ or mgmt..
• Prepare, consolidate or review annual SOX control matrix/data for statutory requirements (USGAAP and KGAAP).
• Prepare financial statements for annual statutory audit  (USGAAP-> KGAAP) including consolidated financial statements and liaise with external auditors.  Ensure reporting deadlines are met for reporting activities in compliance with KGAAP
• Oversee IBM BPO (Business Processing Outsourcing) and provide necessary guidance, i.e., GL, AP/AR, Inter-company, etc.
• Prepares or assists on various government information reports and management information reports. I.e. filing data, statistical info., etc.
• Recommends process improvements as part of self-assessment or continuous improvement process and provide employee trainings if required.
• Any other ad-hoc project or tasks per business requirements

Treasury Management

• Prepare/support risk management data per Corp. Treasury’s request (insurance renewal, overdraft facility, etc.)
• Liaise with Corp. Treasury and local banks

Tax

• Prepare/review quarterly VAT filing data and report to NTS (National Tax Service)
• Prepare/assist on year-end corporate income tax return preparation data including interviews with external accounting firm auditors
