The Finance Graduate Contract position requires proficiency and working knowledge of finance, accounting and business analysis. Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Finance, Business or Accounting required. Related practical experience is preferred. Excel skills will be a requirement for any role within finance so a demonstrated proficiency here will also be an advantage. This role is based within the Ireland finance department in Leixlip interacting with accounting, operational finance and capital finance activities onsite. The Leixlip site has a large wafer fabrication facility onsite and as such a successful candidate will be capable of operating at a fast pace in this dynamic environment. The role will involve exposure to the financial month end process ensuring compliance activities are delivered in a quality timely fashion. The role will involve close partnership and collaboration within the finance teams onsite, as well as other business partners located both locally and globally. As such strong communication skills will be essential, both verbal and written communication. The successful candidate will be capable of taking large amounts of data, analysing said data, identifying trends and summarising into management messages for conclusions and decision making. This is a 23 month contract. Further professional exams (ACCA/CIMA) are actively encouraged and supported by the finance team with a competitive student policy in place.

Qualifications
