Finance Graduate Management Trainee – Full Time

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance, our Finance Graduate Management Trainee will develop a sound overall understanding of key disciplines within the Finance Department as well as enhancing leadership skills to enable their career development.

The Program

An 18-month program with 3 x 6-month rotations throughout:

1. Accounts Receivable and General Ledger
2. Accounts Payable and Purchasing
3. Payroll

The program is designed to provide:

• A fast-tracked career in Finance
• Exposure to four AXA properties and Hub Finance environment
• Exposure to all Finance areas
• Extensive training, mentoring and on the job experience
• A focus on developing Finance managerial and leadership skills
• An opportunity to equip a team member for a permanent role in Finance
