Roles and Responsibilities

Manage accounting functions, financial transactions, including full set of accounts, taxation and audit requirements.

Provide financial advice to the Country Manager and senior management.

Ensure timely presentation and submission of financial accounting, management reports, consolidation and forecasting and budgeting

Formulate financial targets and budgets in accordance with Group strategies.

Ensure regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met regarding the Group’s financial affairs.

Manage presentation and submission of financial accounting, management reports, forecasting and budgeting.

Handle HR & Administrative

Other ad-hoc assignments assigned

Job Requirements

Degree in Accounting or related disciplines

Minimum 3 years in management positions in Finance, Admin & HR preferably in the Logistics and Freight Forwarding industry

Good communications skills & problem solving

Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Good PC knowledge in MS Office, knowledge of Cargowise One/Sun Accounts system is an advantage

5 working days per week

Immediate availability is preferred
