Finance Intern (Part-time)

Your Mission

You will join our Finance team in Shanghai, as we are supporting Improbable’s expansion across Shanghai & Guangzhou. You will work with Finance team to support finance and operations daily work in a fast-paced start-up environment.

This is a part time role and we would like you work at least 2-3 days a week.

Your Responsibilities

• General accounting filing work (bill, fapiao, etc)
• Review and verify expense reports/invoices (offline and online)
• Data sorting and consolidation in excel, to support spending variance analysis.
• Bank and tax documents preparation, etc.

The Competencies We Need

• Responsible, eager to learn, willing to take up new duties and meet new challenges
• Good knowledge in using MS Excel and Word
• Fluent English in both written and verbal
• Undergraduate student in junior/senior year with a Major in Accounting or Finance
• Internship experience in foreign companies is a plus
