What are my job responsibilities? • Supporting the Controller to extract monthly report • Support commercial daily operations including housekeeping of the BU related activities • Collaboration with Commercials / Controllers to improve Planning and Reporting processes through automation and digitalization • Willing to assume and complete ad-hoc / special projects and/or other assignments as delegated by management What do I need to qualify for the role? • Educational background related Business Administration or finance related • Knowledge with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint/ think-cell • Time Management, can prioritize responsibilities and recognize when it’s appropriate to multitask • Initiative to willing assist others with the work, doesn’t have to wait to receive direction for every task Organization: Smart Infrastructure Company: Siemens Malaysia Sdn.
