候选人要求

岗位职责：

• 检查标准化旅行指南的实施情况
• 有目的地分析差旅费用，更好地理解差旅预算
• 对机票和员工报销进行抽样检查
• 针对可能存在风险的报销项目，提出可行的改进措施
• 根据需要完成临时布置的报告和分析任务

岗位要求：

• 熟练运用Excel, Word和Powerpoint
• 良好的沟通能力（英文书面和口头）
• 愿意学习和接受新的挑战
• 实习期：七月至十二月，每周至少能工作3天

教育背景：

• 本科（大三升大四），会计或财务专业

Responsibilities

• Check the implementation of standardized travel purpose guidance
• Analyze travel expense by purpose to better understand travel budget
• Implement compliance check on sampling basis for air tickets and employee reimbursement payment
• Propose feasible improvement actions with regards to the reimbursement items with potential risks
• Work on ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed

Requirements

• Work knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Good communication skills written and verbal in English
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Internship period July- Dec.2019, can work at least 3 days a week

Education

• Undergraduate Year 3-4 studying in accounting or finance
