Job description:
TAC finance contractor will report to TAC finance manager. Main responsibilities are as following:
1. 30%: In charge of daily reimbursement checking and bank payment processing with online/vouchers, ensure company policy will be strictly followed, and process payment/income on time and accurately.
2. 40%: Handle all the accounting work, include: Journal entry posting which mainly focus on A/R, A/P, payment and expenses, month end closing, and system data maintaining, voucher filing.
3. 20%: Support on bank and government authority application, internal and external audit preparation, and finance statement issuing for tax, statistics and other requirements.
4. 10%: Assist in US reporting and management analyzing, and other ad hoc finance work assignment.

Requirement:
1. Accounting or finance major
2. Fast learning and adaption, initiative and team spirit, and willing to process detail work under pressure.
3. Regular overtime is required to complete the working task during closing and reporting period.
