Responsibility:
1. Check request for payment & Cash reimbursement report.
2. Prepare staff expense reimbursement and suppilers payment
3. Out-of-pocket expense back-up preparation
4. Prepare the inter-company statement and reconciliation
5. Issue the tax invoice and prepare the submission of stamp tax
6. Supplier payment update supplier master files inclusive supplier contracts, supplier register information
7. Participant in s-box audit and internal/external audit
8. Other finance related work

Requirements:
1. Study in Economics, finance, accounting or related major
2. Literacy in both spoken & written English
3. Can work at least 3 days/week
