Objectives: Assess the overall level of internal control in China, help on monthly/budget reporting and build decision-oriented dashboards for the Top Management.
Internal control – 70%
1/ Adopt a risk-oriented approach to assess the potential risks/weaknesses linked to the Club Med business thought out all departments.
2/ Carry out substantive procedures to highlight shortcomings and quantify the risk exposure (financial, tax, legal, safety etc.).
3/ Work with the operational on recommendations to address the identified risks and improve the level of internal control.
4/ Build an audit summary and the related action plan to be shared with the Top Management.
5/ Follow up on the action plan implementation.
Reporting / Planning / Budgeting (Shanghai Commercial Office + Resorts) – 30%
- Analysis & anticipation (preparation of the forecast, proposal of corrective actions), assistance on surveys/business cases studies to enhance the BU's profitability
- Assist the monthly closing/forecast of Commercial office and Resorts P&L: analyzing the results, maximizing the standardization for closing documents and its reporting
- Take global knowledge of ‘’Management Agreement’’ of each resort and help building a financial automated tool to alert in timely basis the top management.
Skills required
- Bachelor or Master student majoring in finance/accounting/etc.
- Strong communication (listening/tactful), analytical and summarizing skills
- Advanced sense of organization, learning ability, a good team spirit of collaboration, and reliable
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and strong skill on Excel (VBA is a plus)
