What will be your role?
l Expense Report
l To add receipt for employee expense report for BJ and CD in finance system, for about 500 per month.
l AP Voucher
scan PO, invoice and manual payment form to SH AP accountant.
l Submit document to bank and tax office.
l Finance Expense and AP Voucher/journal entry filling.
l Other Finance work support.
Company certification renew.
CA Renew.
l Help order management team to collect original signed EUOF for each PO, to compare with the scanned EUOF in system PO.
l Filling EUOFs documents and make a archive
What key success factors?
- Work for at least 3 days a week.
- At least 4 months in a row.
- Willing to communicate and to learn new things.
- Have finance Backgrounds.
