We are looking for an ambitious young professional with passion for finance and Accounting skills that can support the Accounting team as a Finance Analyst Intern for the BeNeLux.

During the assignment, the intern receives mentoring and coaching and the opportunity to be part of a truly global organization which helps people live more fully with life-changing health technologies and products.

You are responsible for:

• Working in the ADD Finance team as part of the Benelux Commercial team

• Ensuring and improving the quality and efficiency of reporting to EMEA HQ

• Special projects for process optimization/ improvement:

• Quality approved electronic signature process via Docusign or similar

• GLP & Inpeco Track ordering process from layout approval to order placement, improving Turn Around Time

• Optimizing processes as Belgium migrated to SAP (same system as the Netherlands)

• Optimizing  and maintaining Siperion – (customer hierarchy) used as the base for CRM system and other financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master: Finance & Accounting, Business Economics

• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)

• Computer acumen (Microsoft Office)

• Ideally ERP systems basic knowledge (learned at school)   

• Team worker and result driven
