Also, working with Project Managers delivering projects in line with expected profit margins & leading and develop a team of 3 CPM’s currently delivering 250+ projects. You will be a key member of the Operational delivery arm of the business providing support to the financial head of operations. Change the future with us. •Management of the Finance and Commercial aspects of Smart Infrastructure large Projects. •Strong assistance in close of month end and period results •Driving and assisting the Project Managers, and engineering team •Ensuring the governance of NCRs and NCCs is applied appropriately. •Maintenance and completion of bespoke customer reporting •Ensure that the process of planning/forecasting and reporting is robust within own area and in line with Divisional requirements. Ensure that effective review mechanisms are in place to support the achievement of objectives and to highlight deviations in a timely manner. •Ensure that Corporate / Divisional guidelines and controls are effectively deployed to optimise results and minimise risks to the Business Area / Division. •Ensure that the Divisional risk management methodology is effectively deployed and that any significant risks/issues within the business are brought to the attention of the Business Area / Divisional management in a professional and timely manner. •Providing Contractual Advice to Project Teams. •Assisting Procurement & Technical staff in the placing of Purchase Orders and Subcontracts with regards to Terms & Conditions of Contract. •Ensure that agreed processes are effectively deployed and reviewed regularly for potential improvement and Best Practice sharing and wherever practical ensure a uniform and consistent approach within the Business Area / Division. •Lead and develop a team of 3 Commercial Project Managers What you need to make real what matters. •Qualified CIMA •Commercial Project Manager accreditation •Extensive experience in a similar role •Experience within Siemens and working with POC projects •Good Customer management & relationship skills is also a prerequisite •Excellent numerical skills and the ability to interpret project accounting guidelines as well as a high level of competence in the interpretation of Contractual Conditions.
