Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the VP APAC & EM, this position is a highly strategic and facilitative one that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active, behind-the-scenes role. This role supports the APAC & Emerging markets and is responsible for the program management of the APAC Finance organization, drive key initiatives across the organization, including: business deep-dives, earnings call preparation, key leadership presentations and other special projects. Key focus areas include supporting the VP Finance APAC & EM on various strategic initiatives & cadences. Providing insights on financial performance and business partnering with Commercial Leaders to drive growth in the region.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance or equivalent & currently pursing Masters Level Business Studies
- Must be a fast learner with outstanding project management and organization skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Capability of multi-tasking and prioritizing projects/tasks
- Self-motivated, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Result oriented, able to collaborate with multifunction teams and drive for results
- Must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization, a professional demeanor, thought leadership, flexibility, and the ability to handle the uncertainties associated with a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel® & Power-point skills
- Working Knowledge in Planning & Performance Reporting Tools HFM (Hyperion) & Power BI
- Ability and willingness to problem solve, prioritize, negotiate and juggle changing deadlines
- Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity
- Prior Experience as a financial or business analyst in a MNC environment is an added advantage
