Accountant Duties:

1. Team building and competences development

2. Insure efficient and correct book-keeping, documentation

3. Organize monthly closing activities and related action plan

4. Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly local reports and compline with taxation and other government requests

5. (Half-) yearly Fixed assets counting and physical stock counting

6. Bank reconciliation by month end; Bank incoming and outgoing, other monetary transactions

7. Foreign currency transactions management to align with SAFE policies

8. Cash flow forecast and cash tracking monthly basis

9. Cooperation and correspond auditing, and provide the financial data to the auditors.

10. Management relationship with Tax Bureau/ banks/ SAFE and other local governments

11. Study related tax policies and implement tax management process in company.

12. Insurance claims.

13. Cooperate and communicate with internal and external business partners

14. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options and observing internal procedures

15. Assist the Finance manager with the day to day, monthly and year end operations of the Accounting/Finance Department including budget review and analysis.

16. Other temporary tasks from CFO

17. SAP process improvement related with Finance

? Bachelor’s Degree or above in Accounting or finance
