Job Description:

1.Ensure finance functions including cashier, expense claims, payments and accounting records are properly carried out in accordance with SOPs

2.Full responsibility for all financial processes and matters, setting, maintaining, and improving company financial management policies and procedures

3.Ensures accurate data capture, internal review and approvals, correct account distribution, etc. to ensure company

records fully reflect company status and performance, provide high level of transparency

4. Check staff's expenses claim and ensure all claims can comply with company's policy

5. Accurate and timely finance VAT invoice issue & verification. Preparation of national/local tax reports monthly

6.Preparation of internal management schedules and the Group financial reports, quarterly audit reports to be submitted to USA headquarter with the vendor

7.Prepare and submit statutory tax declaration such as enterprise tax, VAT and business tax according to the government laws and regulations

8.Commute with global finance and partners to make sure every finance step is correct, the overall management of finance issue and budget controlling

9.Assist to provide all the necessary information to the internal/global audit during their audit and immediately address any concerns that are identified

10. Other finance related tasks assigned by Global finance team

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree with accounting or related major (full-time)

2.Minimum 5 years’ working experience, 2 years’ management level in similar position, knowledge of the internal finance procedure in a consulting firm is preferred;

3. Knowledge of using financial systems eg: Kingdee

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills

5. Work experience in consulting firm is preferred

6. Strong data analysis skills be good at Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PPT)

7. Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and open minded, can work under pressure
