岗位职责

• Be responsible for daily and monthly general accounting managing activities.

  日常和月度总账相关的账务处理；

• Be responsible for leading monthly and annual closing account.

  负责主导年度和月度结账；

• Be responsible for monitoring overall accounting functions, such as cashflow, AR, AP, FA and tax etc.

  负责掌控财务会计所有的相关事宜，例如现金流转，应收，应付，固定资产和税务等。

• Support HQ’s finance activity in leading the company’s internal control and AX control process.

  协助总部的财务管理来实现公司内部的财务控制和AX 系统的财务管控。

• Be responsible for company fixed asset management and program capex control.

  负责公司的固定资产管理和成本控制。

• Communicate with HQ’s Finance Director, external auditors for company audit activities.

  与总部的财务人员、外部的审计人员沟通公司的审计工作。

• Assist GM to meet company’s business objectives.

  协助总经理实现公司的商业目标。

• Be familiar with import and export tax policies of manufacturing.

  熟悉制造业进出口的税务政策。

• Other tasks assigned by GM.

  总经理安排的其他工作。

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or finance is mandatory;

• Team spirit/work is mandatory;

• Smooth oral English and other good English skills;

• Good communication skill;

• At least five-year working experience in manufacturing company, automotive industry will be a plus;

Reflexallen (Wuxi) Automotive Co., Ltd, established in 2004, is a wholly owned subsidiary of REFLEX & ALLEN Group in Italy. It has a highly automated factory and research & development center in Wuxi New District, with two Swiss MAILLEFER high speed extrusion lines, production capacity of more than 50 million meters and a low-pressure pipe production line for annual production capacity of 500,000 engines. All products are in strict compliance with DIN, SAE, U.S. DOT, Germany TUV, and Chinese 3C standards. We have passed through the British BSI ISO9001:2000 quality system certification in 2006, BSI ISO/TS16949: 2009 quality management system certification in 2011, ISO14001: 2004 environmental management system in 2012.

Our company focuses on design and production of automotive brake assembly and key components such as air brake nylon pipes, air brake spiral wire harness, ABS/EBS spiral wire harnesses, pre-molded quick-connect pipes and Urea pipes.
