1.Lead overall financial management of the project company.

2.Establish accounting system and internal control framework of the project company.

3.Establish and manage the finance team of the project company.

4.Produce financial accounts to fulfill statutory, management and tax requirements.

5.Manage tax affairs of the project company including making relevant tax filings in relation to corporate income tax, VAT and customs duties.

6.Apply for and obtain relevant preferential tax policies and incentives.

7.Prepare financial budgets and forecasts and control and monitor costs.

8.Manage cash payments and receipts in accordance with contractual terms and internal approval process.

9.Manage relationships with external finance professionals including auditors and tax advisors.

10.Manage relationships with local government agencies and regulators including tax bureau, customs and water regulator.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above.

2.Relevant accounting qualification.

3.At least 5 years’ of financial management and accounting experience.

4.Good understanding of accounting and tax regulations.

5.Good communication skills with ability to liaise with relevant government bodies.

6.Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese.

Can adapt to long-term trave or reside abroad.

2010年，以色列英飞尼迪投资基金成为联合水务股东。英飞尼迪目前通过3支基金管理着超过6亿美元的投资和45家公司，并进行了20次成功的退出。以色列在水资源保护和污水处理技术方面是世界领先国家之一，英飞尼迪的一个主要任务是促进中国水务公司和来自西方的公司的技术合作。
