Handle general accounting and finance duties of Hongkong company and related subsidiaries that includes the following:

1. Overseeing general accounting duties of HK company. Accountable for proper procedures, processes and controls in place.

2. Handling full sets of accounts, including preparing the monthly financials (P&L, BS, Cashflow, etc) and consolidating result for Sr. management team review.

3. Reviewing and approving payments, bookkeeping data entry, vouchers and filing in SAP and other IT systems.

4. Supervising routine banking, preparing monthly bank reconciliation, schedule and reports on time basis.

5. Liaising with auditor and outside service providers for auditing and financial reporting inquires.

6. Building and developing accounting team to meet the site support and group finance department’s requirement.

7. Teaming up with management team to finalize annual budget, tracking monthly performance and providing explanation on variances.

8. Work together with operation team to complete management report and analysis.

9. Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
