Responsibilities:

• Liaise and coordinate with banks, tax bureaus, lawyers, auditors and other regulatory agencies;
• Supervising the team in performing their daily operations
• Provide professional financial budget and tax planning advice to management
• Prepare periodic accounts reports, and consolidate internal reports for management review
• Manage annual audit and assist in all tax related matters 
• Handle month-end and year-end closing, annual audit and financial statements and reconciliation statements
• Perform daily accounting functions including perform settlement duties vouchers inputs, payment, bank reconciliation
• Responsible company secretarial duties and handle correspondence with internal and outside parties
• Prepare and implement financial and account strategies
• Perform ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting and Finance with related professional qualification
• At lease 8 years solid experiences in financial management and accounting 
• Experienced in handling full set of accounts and knowledge in company secretarial is a must
• Solid skills in financial reporting is advantage
• Knowledge in HK/PRC/Overseas accounting standard, tax rules and related regulations is highly preferred
• Details-minded, self-motivated, hardworking, strong sense of responsibility and able to cope with dynamic environment and tight deadlines
• Good commercial sense, with strong problem solving and communication skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
