Duties:

1. To be responsible for financial management for the Association, including budgeting and financial analysis of annual revenue over $450 million;
2. To oversee the Association’s Finance Department and supervise the team to perform accounting duties;
3. To prepare various financial reports for management decision;
4. To develop and implement financial policies and internal controls to ensure compliance with legal requirements and accounting standards;
5. To handle financial documents for funding applications and claims; and
6. To liaise with auditor, Social Welfare Department, the Association’s subsidiaries and other organizations on financial issues.

Requirements:

1. A Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration;
2. A recognized professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, HKICPA or ACCA or equivalent);
3. At least 8 years’ relevant experience (of which at least 3 years at supervisory level);
4. A good command of both English and Chinese;
5. Experience in handling finance-related matters of NGO an advantage.

Remuneration:  Negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
