Responsibilities:

• To manage the month end closing process, and to make sure all relevant accounting transactions are recorded properly
• Monitoring monthly, quarterly, interim and year-end accounts closing and housekeeping of the Group’s regional offices’ books of accounts are completed in a quality, smooth and an efficient manner
• Ensuring all transactions processed are valid activities with sufficient documentations and procedural compliance
• Maintaining the accuracy of the accounting reports in accordance to accounting standards
• Reviewing consolidated cash flow and treasury reports for global business.
• Overseeing annual statutory audit of the Group’s regional offices and to ensure they are carried out efficiently and effectively
• Assisting in the Group’s budgeting and forecasting
• Maintaining financial data and involving in accounting process improvement

To be considered a successful candidate, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• 10 years of regional accounting experience with at least 5 years of experience working in Big 4 audit firms + PRC + overseas (tax) exp
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Mandarin MUST
• Exp in CTC (香港企業財務資中心) - 扣減稅額 MUST
  
• Direct reported to the Male Boss (From China), Chin resume is a MUST
