Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts and monitor the finance and accounting internal controls of the Hong Kong property development segment;
• Enhance the accounting and treasury functions of Hong Kong property projects;
• Prepare management reports, budgets and analysis for management;
• Support the segment financial analysis and assist management to review and monitor the segment performance index;
• Handle annual and interim reporting work of the segment, as well as the statutory audited accounts, tax planning/filing work and loan compliance work;
• Liaise with banks, regulatory bodies and joint venture parties to fulfill daily treasury, accounting and operational needs; and
• Perform ad hoc works as assigned, such as merger & acquisition and other business transactions.
  
  

Requirements:

• A degree holder in an international recognized University;
• A member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent professional body;
• 5 years relevant experience, at least 2 years with Big 4 / large audit firm with commercial amusement;
• With working experience in Hong Kong property development business is a definite advantage;
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills;
• Analytical and with good organizing capabilities;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Proficiency in Putonghua is preferred.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
