Report to Great China FD, you need partner with business and ensure the competitive position in the market. You need provide financial directions to commercial team. You will oversee budgeting, reporting and support the business to enhance the performance. You will also need manage and develop the finance team to improve the process and system.

You must hold a bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance. 8+ years experience in MNC is needed. Ideally you need excellent oral and written English skills. You also need good communication skills across all levels of the organization, abroad experience is preferred. Your passionate leadership skill is highly preferred.
