Job Description
Role and responsibilities
1. Monthly end closing for China & HK holding companies and be responsible for statutory audit;
2. Monthly president report and data analysis
3. Dananher China annual budget preparation, tracking & control
4. Lead China accounting team
5. Collect and consolidate monthly financial data and reports from commercial companies and Plants;
6. Perform financial analysis – mainly on sales, margin expansion and working capital;
7. Support and follow up China businesses on resolving statutory compliance issues and generate indirect profits;
8. Oversee the internal control issue and provide the suggestion to upper management;
9. Cash management (dealer finance, company card, etc.);
10. Member of the Danaher China Financial Leadership Development Program
11. Ad hoc projects.
Skills required
· Finance/Accounting degree Qualified and CPA/ACCA (or equivalent) from well recognized university;
· 8+ years’ work experience in finance/auditing, US MNC or big 4 preferred;
· Be familiar with China accounting, tax law and legal compliance requirements with practice experience;
· Good knowledge of internal control in daily business;
· Excellent computer skills including MS office, etc.;
· Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English;
· High integrity, out of box thinking, a quick learner and a process oriented mind-set; and
· Open minded to flexible working environment.
