1.Assist Finance Director in developing and formulating varied financial management mechanism, internal controlling management and evaluation methods for the company; 2.Lead related sectors in the preparation of financial budgets and consolidated financial statements, conduct after submission and approval; 3.Responsible for the preparation of business accounting, preparation and confirmation of financial statements and statistical statements; 4.Perform financial analysis, submit analysis reports to provide information for company’s business decisions, from time to time; 5.Responsible for the Group’s tax risk management, reasonable tax planning, tax incidence and tax schemes;

1.Minimum BS/BA in Accounting/Finance with accountant certification 2.A minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management and 3+ years of experience in similar positions; 3.Solid experience with real estate tax planning, proficient at tax law in real estate, proficient in land appreciation tax liquidation and final settlement and payments of enterprise income tax; 4.Proficient at various office software and Yonyou software; 5.Demonstrated clear mindset, proved to be hardworking and meticulous, with a strong sense of responsibility;
