JD:

Oversee the financial reporting and accounting functions for trading business units in North Asia

Ensure respective responsible country is in compliance with Company’s internal control, policies and procedures

Serve as primary Finance point of contact for regional and corporate finance team for various finance, accounting and reporting issues

Serve as primary Finance contact for local bankers, corporate treasury team for various cash management and treasury issues

Responsible for periodical closing process and external audit process

Work closely with group accounting team to ensure financial reports prepare according to IFRS

Review financial reports to ensure compliance of PRC GAAP for local statutory filing and tax purposes

Organize annual stock-taking. Supervise annual auditing. Be responsible for annual CIT filling.

Work with team to identify and implement reporting process improvements

Pay close attention to changes of accounting and tax policies, provide professional suggestions and avoid risks

Review and submit tax returns in compliance with local tax regulations

Liaison with internal and external auditors etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or financial or equivalent (MBA, CPA, CMA or equivalent preferred)

At least twelve (12) years of accounting experience with at least three (3) years in management position and preferable in multinational corporations

Knowledge of accounting requirement in PRC GAAP & IFRS

Strong analytical and modelling skills demonstrated during the work

Be good at SAP system, especially has experiences in system go-live

Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Fluency in English verbal and written

Excellent communication, negotiation and human relation skill

Strong mindset of innovation and continuous improvement

Hands on mentality and self-starter

Exposure to manufacturing industry preferred
