Responsibilities:

1. 分析公司的收入、负债、信用状况和其他财务指标，以预测其短期、中期和长期现金流状况；评估和推荐能够满足这些现金流需求的投资、资金来源和其他金融工具。就财务事项以及当前和未来法律法规对公司运作的潜在影响并向高级管理层提供建议。

Analyze the organization’s revenues, liabilities, credit conditions, and other financial indicators to forecast it's short, medium, and long-term cash flow position; evaluate and recommend investments, funding sources, and other financial instruments that will meet these cash flow needs. Advise senior management on financial matters and on the potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the operation of the organization.

2. 向部门或运营领域经理提供有关财务问题的专业知识和建议，帮助他们制定收入和支出预算，了解财务报告等。

Provide technical expertise and advice on financial issues to functional or operational areas managers to help them develop revenue and expense budgets, understand financial reports, and manage their financial responsibilities.

3. 负责财务报表并向***执行团队或董事会提交结果和建议。确保所有纳税申报表、纳税申报单和其他所需报告均准确及时提交。选择并建立良好的关系与外部顾问（例如：税务顾问、会计师事务所）确保获得满意的服务标准。

Prepare the organization’s financial reports and present findings and recommendations to the top executive group and/or Board. Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time. Select, and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and advisors (e.g., tax advisors, accounting firms) to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.

4. 领导、指导、评估和发展财务人员，确保公司的会计活动准确、合乎道德、始终如一，并符合相关法规、法律和标准

Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop financial staff to ensure the organization’s accounting activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.

5. 财务分析和报告；税收；保险；信用控制；应付账款和应收账款；库存和成本控制；预算和预测。 Financial analysis and reporting; taxation; insurance; credit control; accounts payable and receivable; inventory and costs control; and budgeting and forecasting.

6. 与财政、税务、银行等相关政府部门及会计师事务所等相关中介机构建立并保持良好的关系

To build excellent relationships with relevant government departments such as finance, taxation, banking and other relevant intermediaries such as accounting firms.

Qualifications:

1.全日制财务类专业本科学历及以上

Bachelor degree or above in Finance

2.英语熟练

Fluency in English

3.五年以上财务管理经验，有较强的商业头脑和分析能力

More than 5 years experiences in finance in a managerial role and strong analysis for business opportunities

4.具有全面的财务专业知识、账务处理及财务管理经验 ，熟练运用财务及办公软件

Have comprehensive financial expertise and experience in accounting processing and financial management, master financial and office software.

5.熟悉财务、税务制度，熟悉一般纳税人的业务流程，具有较强的财务管理能力和会计业务技能

Familiar with financial & tax policy and the business processes of general taxpayers, strong financial management ability and accounting skills

6.Understanding of US GAAP

7.Familiarity with internal controls
