Financial and Management Reporting

Review and validate full set of accounts for monthly actual closing

Coordinate and prepare monthly APAC business review slides and present to the BL

Assist in preparation of re-forecast and multiple year budgets

Fulfill regular and ad hoc group reporting requirements in accordance with the required deadlines

Accounting & Controlling

Assist the Head of Finance to monitor all accounting activities and ensure they are in compliance with accounting standard

Supervise senior full set accountant and shared service center staff, be responsible for monthly statutory accounts

Conduct periodical B/S review with senior full set accountant

Monitor cash flow for all revenue and payments for the entities

Assist in streamlining accounting and finance processes and system enhancement

Interact with other departments to enhance their understanding of revenue and expense

Assist the bid team through the entire bidding process in cost estimation validation, financial engineering, risk management, pricing modelling and cash profile simulation

Assist the project team through the entire project execution phase in cost controlling, cost budgeting and forecasting, revenue and cash projection and in promoting best practice in terms of internal control and process enhancement; to communicate efficiently and be a strong link between project team and the finance community

Audit and Tax

Lead and be the key person to coordinate for statutory audit

Coordinate with tax consultant to ensure timely and accurate filing of profits tax returns, ensure full tax compliance

Internal Control and Compliance

Monitor and ensure compliance with group policies, local policies and IFRS standards

Others

Drive the process improvement to enhance the operational efficiency

Assist in ad-hoc projects when required

Requirements

Bachelor degree holder in finance, accounting or relevant discipline with professional qualification

At least 6 years of working experience in multinational environment; Solid IFRS 15 knowledge and prior hands-on experience in long term project is a definite advantage

Good reporting and organizational skill, analytical and logical skills and sound business acumen, dynamic personality with an analytical mindset

Proven ability to perform a variety of complicated tasks with the ability to adapt and excel in a constantly evolving environment

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese/Mandarin/French is a plus but not required

Mature with strong communication and presentation skills

Proven people management ability and strong inter-personnel skills

Proficient computer skills (MS office) and preferably with experience in SAPbyD and magnitude reporting
