Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of accounting matter and company secretarial duties for the group 
• Review and develop effective financial policies and control procedures for costing, inventory, credit, operation and capital expenditures
• Monitor the timely month-end and year-end closing process and management reports
• Consolidate financial reports from HK, China, Australia and US present to board
• Cash flow / treasury management including coordinating payments to suppliers
• Manage and monitor PRC, US and other subsidiaries’ financial function
• Handle group year-end audit and liaise with internal and external auditors, and bankers on audit and bank transaction issues and bank signing arrangement
• Act as strategy advisor for the business, managing and developing strategic business planning at the board level, to drive continuous growth of the group
• Coordinate with banks for funding and financial operations and other professional parties.
• Supervise and provide guidance to HK accounting team.
• Conduct research/financial analysis and due diligence works
• Support reporting requirements under the Listing Rules governed to the Listco
• Support administrative matters under the Companies Ordinance
• Support in fundraising activities, prepare and build financial model, presentation materials, review contracts and due diligence reports, maintain data room, coordinate NDAs, attend roadshows and deal with investment banks and investors
• Prepare proposals, investment reports and ad hoc tasks occasionally

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or business related disciplines.  CPA qualification is a must
• Familiar with the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Accounting Standards and the Companies Ordinance in Hong Kong
• Minimum of 8 years of solid accounting or auditing experience in listed companies in Hong Kong with managerial experience.  Prefer Big-4 background with commercial experience
• Strong business sense, problem solving skillsand good people management skill
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is definitely an advantage
• Independent, hard-working and with strong sense of responsibility
• Business travel is required occasionally
