• Support Life Sciences Group Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) Commercial Team in terms of sales finance and opex management which includes:
  • Monthly Forecast
  • Monthly & Quarterly Business Review
  • Opex management, sales productivity and KPI dashboard
  • Investment & ROI tracking
  • Annual Operations Plan
  • 5-Year Strategic Plan
  • Other Adhoc projects

• Business partnering with APJ commercial leaders in driving the opex optimization and go to market model
• Managing monthly closing process for operating expenses and reviewing sales commission accrual and balance sheet review for APJ countries.
• Working with sales operation team to develop KPI to measure productivity and opportunity to optimize the sales productivity.
• Investment and ROI tracking for LSG business.
• Provide finance input in terms of resource optimization and organization efficiency
• Continuously looking for opportunities of process improvement
• Support regional commercial lead in terms of ad hoc projects and analysis
• able to lead and coach a small team of 2.

Minimum Requirements:

• 8-10 years working experience in MNC
• Good commercial sense and able to navigate through matrix organization
• Self-motivated and result driven
• Able to learn on the fly and being comfortable to do the trial and error.
• Good analytical skills and highly proficient in excel
• Comfortable with communicating with senior management
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Willing to be hands on with analytical work
• Candidate with accounting/finance background is preferred
